We headed to the cabin for Memorial Day. The weather was beautiful. Unfortunately Collin and I spent the better part of Sunday in the Alexandria emergency room after he spiked a 104 fever and his doctor was worried that his strep throat wasn't getting treated by the antibiotics that he was on. He felt crummy all weekend. However Ella had a blast. She wanted to do everything...ride the tractor, fly kites, practice fishing, swing, and you guessed it swim. Even though the water was barely above freezing she was not afraid to jump right in off the end of the dock. I missed it on camera and as crazy as she is she wasn't crazy enough to do that again. Madelyn spent her time throwing rocks in the lake and getting as dirty as she could.
This is pretty much how Collin spent his weekend - just him and Fluffy Tail!!

Collin finally made it off the couch the last day we were there and grandma took all 3 of the kids for a wagon ride.
